This one wasn't quite as gripping as the first book, but it's still a pacy read with bodies dropping left, right & centre. There's also an enemies-to-lovers subplot & the original survivors pop up in several chapters which was nice as I didn't warm to the new characters in this one. 3.5🌟

I definitely didn‘t enjoy this book as much as the first one. It just didn‘t keep me on the edge of my seat like the first book did from the very beginning. I also didn‘t really like the characters as much. I love this author and I would definitely keep reading the series to see where it goes, but this wasn‘t as great as #murdertrending.

This sequel introduces new characters Becca and Steff. Steff thinks that Becca‘s mother was Molly Mauler. They do this by joining a new production called Who wants to be a Paniac? The story is predictable the entire way through.
Overall I enjoyed this read, but I didn‘t love it like I did the first one. I will still recommend book 1 to loads of people, but book 2 not so much.

Not as good as the first, but still, a stellar follow up to what I suspect was originally intended to be a stand alone. A quick, fun read. Let's keep the #murder train going, October's still young!!!

I loved #MurderTrending and the premise of the sequel just sounds amazing

Didn't like this one as much. More conspiracy and less murder, so it took about 150 pages to even really get going. So, not terrible, but not as good.

Definitely in the minority, but I absolutely loved #murdertrending and this was an excellent sequel, and the way it ended def paves the way for a third 😱

Of course on national book lovers day I went to the book store. I thought I was required to 🤪🤪

As you can tell I‘m getting read for #screamathon and #allhallowsread. ☠️👻😈👽👹👿🎃

I loved #Murdertrending so much I could not bring myself to read a digital galley of this book because I wanted to read it when i had pulp in my hand.
