A dark, sad, hopeful, beautifully written memoir about mental health, childhood, and growing up not knowing what‘s wrong with you. Maybe the best ‘mental health memoir‘ I‘ve ever read, with a lot of lines that I think will stay with me word for word for a long time.
Worth being aware this contains precise weights the author was at at certain times which is a 😕 for me in books about eating disorders, so worth knowing if you want to read it
