If only i could count on a glimmer of hope like this throughout the rest of my gen ed courses....chemistry included! A girl can dream!
Whatever direction we choose, if we can realize that every hurdle we jump strengthens and prepares us for the next one, we‘re already on the way to success.
However, if we choose to see the obstacles as hurdles, we can leap over them. Successful people don‘t have fewer problems. They have determined that nothing will stop them from going forward.
To THINK BIG and use our talents doesn‘t mean we won‘t have difficulties along the way.We will—we all do. How we view those problems determines how we end up. If we choose to see the obstacles in our path as barriers, we stop trying.
Ben Carson save thousands of lives of children who have suffer from health problem. He learn that half of those he save pass away because they didn't make it As a father he understand the loss of a children and it's painful seeing his children suffer. He put himself in those parents shoes and feel the pain.
Ben Carson believed the ideas of THINK BIG would help thousands of people to become successful in their dream
Ben Carson receives an Honorary Doctoral Degree at Andrews University.
Dr. Ben Carson and Dr. Mark Rogers help save the Binder Baby. The Binder Baby were joined at the heads and were separated at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
The reasons why i choose this book is because it motive my life and it interest me. It shows struggles can be hard but believing in yourself can lead somewhere. This author of the book experiment struggles but became successful through his mother. #San_3H

His story is inspirational. His journey to gaining the skills he had as a surgeon are admirable. But some parts of his life when you look them up are suspect. However it's a good read.
