pickThis book was so creepy and good. Its non-stop action and scary! I read the first book awhile ago and remember part of it being scary, but this one upped the creepy factor. It's a bummer she only wrote two. It's the vampire apocalypse ya'll! In this book Katie is shunned by her Amish Community for helping outsiders, her now boyfriend Alex and her friend Ginger. Now the three of them are trying to make their way north, and survive.

pickThis didn't suck me in as fast as the first book (there's more action and less farm life). In the end, though, I loved knowing what the characters did next, and the slight quirks in the lore and science kept it intriguing.
