I love her description of carrying a lost loved one with you like a helium filled balloon tied to your wrist, always floating with you. This is the first description I've come across that makes it a light feeling, other than a stone in you stomach or anything like that. This is how it feels to deal with the grief: always there, but light. It goes where you go, but not necessarily as a bad, heavy weight. It can be beautifully light as well ❤️
