While this book was interesting and the stories were good, it just wasn‘t something I was interested in and I found myself hoping it would end soon. I did listen to it as an audiobook so that might have been part of the problem. If you are interested in Egyptian Mythology you might love this book, it just wasn‘t for me.

I enjoyed this one more than the Norse treasury, but I am even more annoyed by the author's immature writing style. So many unnecessary commentary-like parts. I don't need your opinion on the story. I just want to hear the story. More childlike than it needed to be. I do think it covered the gods and goddesses comprehensively as far as I can tell.
Today is my little guys 9th birthday! I can not believe what an amazing tiny human he is!! He loves reading, especially anything to do with mythology!! (We made his cake, he loves it when he can take the toys off and play with them after the yummy cake.)
