The title was intriguing. I actually made myself do a few of the exercises and strangely enough, they were more helpful than I expected. I sat through a meeting with people who usually annoy me without being as annoyed, the office whiner didn‘t irritate me as much, and in general I felt less stressed around people who usually stress me. Not saying it‘s a cure-all, but I was pleasantly surprised.
