My first manga. Picked this out to complete a prompt on my library‘s book challenge. It looked & was cute after I got used to reading a different way. A girl wants desperately to go to witch school, makes mistakes, & is starting to make friends in this volume. It didn‘t convert me to manga or anime, but if you like the genre, it‘s fun.

I haven‘t ever read manga before. The right to left reading took me a bit to adjust to. It‘s a cute story, middle grade age. #librarybook

This is definitely a younger manga, and while it‘s cute and fun, there are some huge gaps in the story. It‘s like the collection missed half of the serial issues. I don‘t know if that‘s because the author just forgets about major plot points until much later in the series or if the reader is supposed to just ignore them. I have no plans to read more of the series, but it‘s very cute.
