I really enjoyed this book! This was a twelve dancing princess retelling and the first book in the “Beyond the Four Kingdoms” series
12 princess varying in ages are forced to preform in a tournament bound by magic law, winner will be forced to travel to the cursed kingdom of Palinar to marry the mysterious cursed Prince known as The Beast.

reading_rainbow The girls are forced to try their hardest during each task, if the magic senses them deliberately trying to lose, they can risk harming a loved one. (edited) 3y

Mehso-so

The 12 dancing princess meets princess combat, all for the not so desired chance to be engaged to the Beast. Every princess must compete and try to win or risk having her family members cursed to death. That summary makes this sound really exciting, but lackluster writing and unrealistic Romance make this book only so-so. More world building needed. Fun and fast read. 3/5 stars.
