Over the last year, I have received so many cards, letters, and notes from my lovely #LitsyLove friends. Your words helped me heal, grow stronger, and not to feel so alone. I am slowly working on responding to everyone. My poor Mail Lady looked shocked when I handed her the first batch! 😂✍️😵‍💫😄

Pickpick

Just a Mess by Mercer Mayer is a F story about a boy looking through his messy room for his baseball mitt. He ends up finding other things he was missing and "cleans" his room by stuffing every thing under his bed This would be a quick and easy RA on a Friday before the weekend. An ESOL Strategy is 4. Which is to link the lesson to students prior knowledge. You can ask the students if they ever lost something before.

emilybanne They can also draw a picture of what their room looks like. A UDL would be 6.1 which is to guide appropriate goal setting. You can have the kids make goals about cleaning up their toys or cleaning their desks at school. An activity can be found: http://www.littlecritter.com/lc_apps.html here you can dowload different apps that will let you pick a Little Critter book and it is an interactive read aloud of the book. 6y
emilybanne This would be a fun station or give the parents the resource so they can go on it at home. #UCFLAE3414SUB18 6y
JayaJ This book seems like a hilarious read! I will have to check it out! 6y
emilybanne @JayaJ It is super cute and there is a whole series on this character! 6y
DrSpalding Children love the little critters! Kindergarten and first grade students would enjoy this type of literacy related station. 6y
