I'm visiting my daughter and son in law. While they are in the pet store I'm reading. But the real love happened at the last stop where my son in law purchased and cut this wood to be used to hang the Little Free Library that he made for me.

After a man is found dead in a run down trailer, Annalise ends up inheriting the trailer as well as photographs andvintage obituaries as well as old revival posters. Going through the collections Annalise is in no way prepared for the dark and deadly secrets she‘s about to uncover.

I went on an read the second book from Jamie Jo Wright. It's another mystery, set 100 years apart. I enjoyed it as much as the other one.

Been kinda in a reading slump. Hope I get out of it soon.

Jaime Jo Wright‘s writing is so exquisite and illustrative, I could feel the breeze off of Gossamer Pond! This skill creates a chilling tension, an ominious foreboding, as the characters of Reckoning at Gossamer Pond race to solve the mysteries wrapped into this small town‘s history. It also ensures I read her novels during daylight with my German Shepherd, Teddy. near to hand and my heart racing!

Great story! An old mystery and a modern one entwined. The author does a great job of combining characters and setting in this story of sin and redemption, forgiveness and grace.

Felt generic and average. Too many characters to keep track of. Nothing special.
