I have this feeling that this book is gonna be one of those ones that's a "hidden gem" that didn't get the credit it truly deserved! But we shall see. But so far the writing is soooo lyrical and beautiful and the descriptions are very fairytale-esque.

pickIf you haven't already, add this to your TBR pile! It was so magically beautiful, I was disappointed to be finished reading it. I completely devoured every page. This isn't a typical read for me but the creativity of the author and the unique storyline were truly captivating.
10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great fantasy/fey novel.

“Stain” is a lush telling of a dark and powerful fairytale. Combining the classic tales of “Cinderella”, “Beauty and the Beast”, “The Princess and the Pauper” and the “The Princess and the Pea”, the story still manages to remain original. I loved all the characters and their redeeming arcs, and the ending was surprisingly satisfying.
