So excited that my bookworm son, age 12, has joined Litsy!! Please welcome @Wolfman ❤️ I am looking for Littens for him to follow since he‘s so young...he reads middle grade, YA, and graphic novels. His favorite stories are adventure/quest and he‘s currently making his way through the Fablehaven series. If you or a Litten you know reads and posts at all from these genres please tag in comments below. Thank you so much!#passingontheloveofreading

razmanda I read a fair amount of YA and the occasional graphic novel. 7y
DreesReads The Fablehaven series is wonderful! I read it when my younger was that age (he read them first and would pass them on!). Now my kids are both in high school so I don‘t read much middle grade/YA stuff any more. 7y
MisterWhitaker That's pretty much ALL I read! 7y

PenguinInFlight Yay! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Welcome @Wolfman☺️👍🏻 7y
PenguinInFlight I have an 11 year old niece that is an avid reader. We both enjoyed the Inkspell series a lot, as well as a Series of Unfortunate Events and the Dear America books. ☺️ Those are the ones I can think of right off the top of my head that we‘ve read together. 7y
alisiakae I read from those genres fairly often. I have a 10 year old and occasionally I post reviews from her perspective. 7y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa I followed him, I read a wide variety so he may see things he likes. And I think my posts are all family friendly... plus I read a lot with my nephew at that age so I might know some of what he‘s reading. 7y
Megara Hi @Wolfman ! 😊 Welcome to the best social media place anywhere on the Internet. 7y

BethM @Wolfman welcome! @Mommamanzi you've got a kiddo around that age- ideas for littens to follow? 7y
AmyG That‘s awesome. @wolfman welcome! 7y
Mommamanzi He‘s more than welcome to follow me. I post with my kids a lot and am child friendly. My son is 11 and tells me often to post about books he likes or we have read together. (edited) 7y
Bookgirl @AudreyMorris I love it when my son recommends books to me! I started reading YA when my oldest was in middle school and I have loved so many of those books! 7y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa My best advice for new members, is pick some of your favorite books, search those, and then like members who posted about those too. It usually helps get people who like to read the same types of stories in your feed. 7y
Bookgirl @PenguinInFlight @Palimpsest @LibrarianRyan Thanks for the book suggestions. @wolfman check out their comments 7y
StaceyKondla I post diversely and a lot of my reading is YA with some middle grade. Some of my posts may bore him because they are about editing 😂, but he might enjoy others and add some books to his stack 7y
Bookgirl @Riveted_Reader_Melissa good advice! Thanks! 7y
