Ruby describes emotions to her Robot, who doesn't know what they are or how they feel. She teaches him what each feels like and when she feels them. This book is an introduction to social-emotional learning and affective education for kids. Includes a "Note to Parents and Caregivers" that helps parents introduce and identify emotions for children.

4⭐️ I was greatly surprised to find out this book was about emotions. It starts by a robot asking “what is love”, and a little boy trying to explain it. He uses all sorts of colorful, and great descriptions to describe jealousy, fear, sadness, anger. This book is very well done and a fab edition to any library.

Another 6 #readandreviewed for the #NetGalleyTBRAttack challenge. I will totally admit to getting the quick and easy ones out of the way today. With a killer cough, a lingering headache, and many many cat naps... I knew I wouldn‘t have the attention span to try to read anything long or in-depth. So children‘s books, graphic novels, and cookbooks here I come!
