Just starting Dhammapada... I appreciate the similarities to Christian teachings on retribution and focusing first on the self. I‘m looking forward to reading more.

Teachings from the Buddha. Some nice aphorism. Repetitive at times.

What can I say? Pure gems of wisdom! I loved the book and most parts resonated with me in a way I wasn't expecting. I definitely recommend it, and it is not that long, you can easily read it using the #serialreader app! Enjoy #littens

The Bhudda's sayings. They are wise, dry, and repetitive. I recommend reading them if you already have some background in mindfulness or Buddhism; this is not a beginner's book. Get a better translation, though, this one is outdated and clunky. Buddha: 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, translation:⭐️
