Have enjoyed sharing/reviewing my daughter's bedtime reads so here is last night's. Julia Donaldson is no less than a genius in my eyes. She manages to make writing for kids seem easy when, in fact, it must be incredibly difficult. Not only is her rhyming natural, fun and infectious, her storytelling is sublime, never preachy, always engaging, charming and laugh out loud funny. Cave Baby is no exception. And the illustrations are just so cute!
