Absolutely love meditation and believe in its power but this is more a sales pitch for tm with name dropping of “celebrities “ who have been transformed by TM. I went to an hour introduction session of tm to get signed up and it‘s a very costly 700 donation to learn the tm technique ? , curious but not convinced.

Powered_By_Plants @Curiouser_and_curiouser I had a friend do it and it has got her into the habit of meditating everyday , I think if we have the intention though we don‘t need to pay out lots of money for certain ways , do what naturally works for us 🥰 still curios though ! 😂 5y
