I felt like a change of pace for Sunday night reading. I am no scientist but I enjoyed the main character's passion for her job.
Three books finished during the second day of #MarvellousMarch. Although they were all cute, A lot Like Adios was a bit of a let down compared to how much I adored the first in the series You Had Me at Hola. @Andrew65
The first day of #MarvellousMarch went really well! I‘ve already strayed from my TBR, and am currently reading the tagged book. 💖
Finished up while working at the office. Gotta make the best of working on a Saturday! Really delightful love story, loved the scientist and salvage yard angles, so fun and interesting 😄 Thoroughly enjoyed, will read the second in the series!
This is the start to a wonderful contemporary romance series. And the ebook is currently at a great price. 😁👍
The tagged book is first in series, and I liked it...this second venture (not in database yet) I loved! ❤️ Why? Two reasons I‘ll mention...first, it‘s not fluff, not just a love story. The characters have real issues to face with their pasts, their families, their friends. Second, the first book is the author‘s DEBUT novel...this is only her second, but she writes like a seasoned professional...her words flow effortlessly. Can‘t wait for no. 3!
Up next, LUCK OF THE DRAW, the second in series about three BFFs who live and love after winning a lottery together. I‘ve read the first one (the tagged book...LOTD is not showing up in database) and really enjoyed it, so thought I‘d continue with the series. This is Zoe‘s story. 15% in and liking it so far! 👍 #romantsy

This ebook is currently on sale for .99 and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is the first book in a trilogy about three friends who win the lottery. The heroine is a scientist trying to put down roots and create a home for herself and the hero wants to convince her to take a job out of state while he is back in town to care for his father after an accident. Well developed characters and good chemistry make this an easy to recommend title. #romantsy
Just finished this one in time for a book club discussion. Loved it! Not normally a contemporary romance fan, but this one was more character-driven than usual. Ben and Kit BOTH had their own issues. What did I love most about it? They were neither one perfect, they did not try to “fix” each other, and they figured it out for themselves...being the smart, capable characters they were. ❤️❤️ 4/5⭐️ #romantsy
