Pickpick

Really enjoyed this one, about life in a small English village and a writer‘s retreat, loosely based on Thomas Hardy‘s “Far From the Madding Crowd”. Posy not only illustrates beautifully, but the detail involved here and the way she understands the psychology of people are really something. I‘ll have to rewatch the film adaptation soon, from what I remember of it, it follows the book closely.
First one done for Dewey‘s! #readathon #deweyapril
