My 14 yer old has started his GCSE Food & Nutrition course, so I thought ‘Jamie‘s 30 Minute Meals‘ would be a good way for him to learn time planning. We tried the 1st menu plan - broccoli pasta & 2 salads. It did take over 2 hours but it tasted nice; not bad for his 1st go especially considering we had to stop and read instructions to figure out how the food processor worked 🙂
