One of the sillier moments from a pretty serious book. If you enjoyed the philosophy in “The Good Place,“ you'll love this. (If you can find it. 🙁 ) A young invincible superhero struggles with her desire to do good in the world.

So, it kinda frustrates me that there will be no more to this story. This one was a bit more “heavy“. It wasn't as funny with the little commentary on the bottom of each page. Also raised a lot about morality, ethics, and right/wrong. Overall I enjoyed it.

First book of the new year down! I‘ve spent today alternating between cleaning out my dresser and reading/snacking, so all in all a good start to 2020.
The art in this volume is excellent, much improved from volume 1, but the plot gets pretty bogged down in a lot of complex ethical arguments which, sure, are smart and totally have their place in this story, but could have been less dense to wade through.
Here is the first, but far from the only time, Strong Female Protagonist: Book Two made me cry.
This comic is just so freaking good. Everyone should read it. And cry, and laugh, and debate, and maybe go punch some things and then debate more over the relative morality of punching those things.
