#JamminJune Day 2: It is evident that while the adults are knocked out, little Lucy is still wide awake, especially with that beam of #moonlight slicing through her bed. How she eventually yawned her last, at least for the night, I shall leave for you to discover. This is bound to be a favourite among young readers, with its simplicity, quiet rhythm, and comforting tone. My review: https://wp.me/pDlzr-krr

A picture book that forces you to say “yawn” twenty times is about as good a bet as you can get for a bedtime story. That is, if the parents can stay awake long enough to tell it. Soft, muted, lovely illustrations.
Because kids don't go to sleep (willingly), when they're tired...🙄😑😫
