pickI've not yet played the game, but this was so detailed that I had a very vivid image throughout & didn't want to put it down. I don't know how much of Henry's story is told in the game, so was surprised the book is mostly about him, not the Frye twins. I really enjoyed it, but the last fifth dedicated to the twins felt a little rushed at first, because it doesn't go into detail about each assassination, but I imagine all the key points are there.
so-soI enjoyed finding out more about Henry and Abberline and the others as well as the events preceding the events of the game but I honestly think that Part Three of the book was unnecessary. A nice read for more background information but I have to say I prefer the game.
I got myself hooked on Syndicate again so I‘m hoping to finally get through the rest of the book as well!🍂🎮📚
I was completely drained by my morning errands because I‘ve been having the most annoying small headache for days but it seems that my nap helped to get mostly rid of it so now I can enjoy reading in bed while listening to the rain outside🌧
