With a great, new piece by Jamie Oliver, Don't Try This at Home is a delicious reminder that even the chefs we most admire aren't always perfect-and a hilarious musthave for anyone who's ever burned dinner.

I had high hopes for this one--it's a collection of essays written by chefs about their mistakes in the kitchen. But (unsurprisingly, I suppose) it's a really uneven collection with some truly funny catastrophes and some that read more like thinly veiled humblebrags. A disappointing read.
