The Telling of Lies: A Mystery | 
pickI read this in high school, and while I barely remember it, for some reason it stuck with me. I recall being irritated with the teacher‘s insistence on the symbolism - ‘notice the green references!‘ ... Reading it all this time later just to read it, I very much enjoyed it. This is my first Findley and I don‘t think it will be my last. The writing was great and the cozy mystery held my interest. And of course-the last lines-Green! 🤦🏻♀️
