pickA really interesting premise and pretty entertaining book. Ciel "borrows" auras, which has the effect of shapeshifting but bypasses the physics. When working for a client, she finds herself mixed up with modern misogynistic far-right Vikings, and shenanigans ensue. My primary criticism of this book is that Ciel needs to be rescued a lot, but it was definitely entertaining enough that I'd consider reading a second book about her!
