This was a fascinating, well-written, and well-researched book. I didn't know a lot of the history between the two men, though I knew of their separate history.

So far this is an interesting and amazing book. But these lines at the beginning have really stuck with me. I feel like history is repeating itself, but this time it is impossible to teach our current president.

PerksOfBeingABookworm I'm helping my brother-in-law move his family of four today. I had to really work to convince myself I didn't need to bring a book with me, just in case 🙄 7y
LauraBrook I put a book in my purse when I went to the concert on Wednesday night. My (non-reader) friend said "why are you bringing that?!?" I said, what if you go to the bathroom or something, then I've got something to do! Don't think it occurred to her that I wouldn't want to play on my phone - I only want to check Litsy and I hate not being caught up! 7y
