mypoesoul I first saw the pic and thought you were at the Chicago Art Institute, but then I realized those lions are standing up instead of lying down. Still, the style is very similar. 😊 7y

mypoesoul @Chelleo Probably so. I was in Chicago (at the museum) just before Christmas and the lions there were wearing wreaths also. 🙂 7y

JennyBookworm @Chelleo @mypoesoul these are the NYPL lions, Patience and Fortitude. (I'm standing by Patience) I'll have to make sure to visit Chicago one day during Christmas to take a comparison picture 😀 7y

Chelleo @JennyBookworm Gotcha! Didn‘t know the name of the branch so I didn‘t catch that is was, in fact, NYPL! I really hope to visit it soon. When I visited friends there years back, they didn‘t know where it was! Time was short so I didn‘t press After I left my friend called me saying she‘d found it! 🤦🏾‍♀️ (edited) 7y

mypoesoul @JennyBookworm I want to stop by the museum too, while in NYC. There‘s this little known painting by a small time artist called Starry Night (I think), that I must see before I die. I think it‘s by Vince Goe, or something like that... LOL. Just kidding, Van Gogh is my favorite artist, and I want to see as many of his paintings as possible before I leave this earth. 😋 I‘m probably up to around 50+ right now. I‘ve taken photos of all of them. 😍 7y

JennyBookworm There are too many to name!! So far it's preferences such as circle this or that, lists of favorite things and vital stats. It's about an inch and a half thick. I'll post another picture of one of the inside pages. 7y
