#isolationinteractions I forgot to post this yesterday. The main crafting hobby I do is scrapbooking but I haven't done it in ages. Instead I've been coloring and doing puzzle books. Both activities have been a good distraction. This Martha Stewart book is full of fun crafty ideas. Do you craft @Bookwormjillk ?

Bookwormjillk Hi @mrp27 I‘m not much of a crafter, but I‘ve started baking bread again. I‘ll tag my favorite cookbook 5y
mrp27 @Bookwormjillk Ohhh thanks for the bread book recommendation. I've been wanting to learn. I've tried a couple recipes from various books before but they were only ok. 5y

I mentioned earlier that I'm not crafty at all. But my kid is. She was making this when I got home from volunteering at the bookstore.

Ncostell That is awesome! 7y
CocoReads @Ncostell I raised her on a steady diet of movies and music from my youth--hence the theme. I did see a golden girls one at graduation as well but most everything else were your standard "we made it" type things. 7y
Ncostell @Cocoreads Nice work! This is from my youth as well so it definitely strikes a chord with me! 7y
dariazeoli This makes me so happy 😊 7y

Before the flaming begins, I did not "reconstruct" this book. It was in s box of donated items. Plus, there is the fact I don't have the patience, nor desire to cut a book. BUT, since I have it I need suggestions as to an artsy way to repurpose this. Perhaps a shadow box homage to libraries or reading. A place to hide my chocolate? HELP me #Littens!! #bookcrafts #ididnthurtthisbookipromise

Foxyfictionista Definitely use it for chocolate, please. Or a hip flask. 🤣 7y
