This book would be an amazing addition to classroom library. I believe that it would be an excellent book to help students learn about different cultures and the different histories that are still present in America.
pickI really enjoyed this book and think it‘d be a great addition to a classroom library. I really enjoy the illustration in this book and they were quite impactful. The story also is very meaningful.

pickI can't overstate how gorgeous the art in this picture book is. The text is a great introduction to some Lakota beliefs and traditions, and the afterword contains even more clarity and information.
