ImperfectCJ @Prairiegirl_reading It's spiritual from a humanist, kind of New Age perspective. Since he wrote it, Eisenstein has gotten involved in some pseudoscience/conspiracy theory type stuff, which I find questionable, but I remember really appreciating his perspective in this book.
