Oh dear. Went over to #goodreads to mark this #currentlyreading and was overwhelmed by one ⭐️ comments. These were reviewers from 2016 calling the author out for racist stereotyping and condescending attitudes. Apparently there has been a major edit since then. melbeautyandbooks I don‘t understand how/why someone would rate/review a book he/she didn‘t read. It makes no sense to me. I get rating something you bailed on because you read enough to know it wasn‘t for you. 7y
