

Just the foreword is giving me a headache. However, I think this is probably one of those books that I might need to read because it is written by a serious scholar whose conclusions will probably push my buttons. I think more than ever we are at a moment when it is imperative to be open to arguments and views not our own. This, for me, is a #ReadOutsideTheLines

Hooked_on_books I look forward to your thoughts on this. I agree that understanding is important, and if expressed in a thoughtful, dispassionate way, I usually enjoy the experience. I find that the type of delivery I seek is rarely available. 8y
