16 yr old Quinn Hardwick‘s is having a tough summer in Seattle and to make it worse her former childhood friend moves back.

Quinn was a lot annoying but I had to remind myself she is 16 yrs old. It was ridiculed her to blame Wesley for her parents divorcing. Her father was the one who cause the split but she refused to see that. Which was a little frustrating. But I liked her friends and it was set in Seattle so that was a plus.

Cute quick read but I don't have strong feelings about this one way or the other.
When a book is just okay, as opposed to great or awful, it's harder to review!

Frothy and cute. There‘s a lot of typical high school drama to it. (That‘s not a criticism. It‘s supposed to have teen drama. It‘s for teens.) The assumptions and insecurities of the main character were also age appropriate. My main issue is that I wanted a little more meat to the story and character development.

I survived my kids' birthday weekend! (Barely.) Anyway, now I'm about to blitz post from my Friday cleaning day. I hate cleaning but I do get a lot of satisfaction from culling my library pile. Above are the books that went back. I've been in a slump lately which means I tend to get ALL THE BOOKS from the library. These are the ones that I know I'm not going to read soon.

This was a cute, fast-paced, quick little read that entertained me greatly.

I loved Tudor Tymes, the medieval restaurant that Quinn works at. I loved Wesley - he grew on me certainly.

I loved how adorable this was. But Quinn did get annoying at one point, and I didn't like any of the other guys (although let's be real I knew someones like them).

Overall, Id give this a 4⭐️

I love the extra add-ins for books, especially if it has to do with the story. Flipping through this book I found this and I'm already in love 😍😍
