It's the story of a man who turned into a female breast... Yeah, what!? Under this quite ridiculous predicament however, this book offers quite a lot of food for thoughts: for example, to what type of privacy can really pretend such a patient, how to accept certain conditions, etc.
Interesting short read.
so-soOk, this is really a short story, and it reads easily. I was not offended or shocked by anything, but I‘m not entirely sure what the author was trying to say or accomplish.
I just spent a good part of my afternoon trying to imagine what a 6 ft long, 155 lb female breast would look like, and how in hell the poor guy who turned in to the breast is able to communicate. Then I realized this is silly, so I‘m moving on.

panWhat a bizarre little story, imagine Kafka‘s Metamorphosis, but instead of a large beetle, the star of this short story wakes up one morning as an enormous breast. There is lots of existential crisis, as well as discussions of what make a person a person and an individual...and of course since he picked a breast, a discussion of sex and sexual stimulation. But really, I think I‘m going to need the Cliffnotes for this one...🤨

pickSchool was cancelled today due to freezing mist and icy roads, so I read this novella in one sitting. I wonder if I would get more out of it if I had already read The Metamorphosis or The Nose, but I still found it better than I expected. Not sure why it‘s considered a “must read,” but it was sometimes amusing and I can see some of the questions it might make the reader consider.

pickThis is legit the story of a guy who morphs into a 155-lb boob and his trials and tribulations that follow. I didn't think I'd get as much of a kick outta this book as I did! It's worth the read just so you can tell people what you're reading. 😄 Side note: It's short enough to read in one sitting. 95/1,001 #1001Books
