pickI completed my first book for #classicschallenge2020! This is the final novel in Trollope‘s six-book Palliser series. This book (and the series as a whole) didn‘t quite have the same emotional punch for me as his Barchester series but still it was a very satisfying experience...romance, politics, intrigue and always with the author‘s patented humor and humanity.😍

The Eustace DiamondsRuthiella @Reviewsbylola The Eustace Diamond is a good a start as any. It is the third in the Palliser series but can very much stand alone. Another suggestion is Rachel Ray which IS a stand alone and relatively short. 😀 (edited) 5y
