🎧Is anyone else as fascinated as I am with Big Edie and Little Edie of Grey Gardens? I was spellbound watching the 1975 documentary. The Bowery Boys‘ most recent podcast discusses the lives of the women. I‘m also interested in reading the tagged book now too.

It is recently co-written with the young man that helped them out while they lived there. Jess_Read_This @readinginthedark I just learned about the musical through the podcast. I‘ve only watched the documentary. I‘m just so moved/saddened to see these vibrant women in their living conditions. Listening to them talk about books, music, events, and quote from Books/music just floors me at the level of education and culture they must have had. I want to read the books now! 7y
