panWow, this was really bad. I'm embarrassed on behalf of France as a whole.
This book is absolutely RIDICULOUS! It's like I'm reading a really bad action movie. There's so much crap among modern French popular literature, but I have no one to give me French book recommendations, and this kind of lowlife lit seems to be the most popular among the French books on Audible, so I'm not sure how to find the good stuff. Ugh. I'll soldier through though (3h left), because I want to finish this blanket!
I got this book with my last Audible credit. So far, so good, French November is still going strong, even though I don't like the female protagonist. She doesn't feel like a real person. But that's probably not important in these bestselling thrillers...
