I picked this one out months ago but only just now read it! I knew since it was written by a lawyer, it would have some good insight on the different procedures that go on behind the scenes of a case.
I did enjoy the book, but one thing that annoyed me was the lingo. I felt the author was trying too hard to sound cool. At one point the protagonist calls a helicopter a ‘ghetto bird‘. Is that even used anymore? Also, too many similes.
