"Tasty Vegetarian Thanksgiving" | Best Classics

Despite its unhappy beginnings, I love Thanksgiving! I see it as an opportunity to appreciate all that we have, which is a lot even with the understanding that we have a lot of work to do in this country. I am thankful for these two monsters, my books, my BF, my mom, and my ability and opportunity to make a difference in the world. Wishing all a peaceful and food-filled day.
