Recipes 1-2-3 Menu Cookbook | 
I am a disaster in the kitchen! Meal prep often ends with a call to the fire department or a visit to the emergency room; but back in the day when I was giving it a good faith effort, I loved Roxanne Gold's menu cookbook. I would annotate my copy w/what went wrong, wine notes, etc. Pictured above, detail of the page from the year that the gravy exploded. Don't ask... #HappyThanksgiving #weekendcooking
