Pumpkin: A Super Food for All 12 Months of the Year | DeeDee Stovel

We got a pumpkin in our CSA box and with upcoming travel, I figured I should get it into the freezer. So I roasted it and then after pureeing, it was frozen. I figure I‘ll make ravioli with it sometime this winter.
