#FallIntoBooks #day23 #ShadesOfAutumn These book spines are the colours of autumn leaves, the yellows, reds, browns & oranges that are the showpiece of the forest in fall. My favourite part of autumn is driving up to the Blue Mountains to see the turn of the season which is more memorable up there with its cooler climate. The tree photos are from when the hubby and I went to Everglades Garden in Leura a few years ago in Autumn. So beautiful!🍂

I'm not a big fan of brown, my house was painted a horrible brown when I moved in, I swore I'd never paint or wear another brown thing ever again. These books aren't that bad but, more coffee tones than brown.

My youngest son bought me this for Mothers Day last year and this is what kickstarted me to buy the entire set. The actual text is the plain original version, but the covers& endpapers of all of them are so gorgeous it's worth the expense of buying doubles of some. I particularly love these endpapers, very Halloweeny.🎃
