This book, while not illustrated, has on its dust jacket, 17 drawings by Edward Gorey representing the 17 stories within. Little did I know when I checked this out of my local library at 9 years old, that I'd develop a lifelong love of his art and writing! Edited by Henry Mazzeo, the subtitle is Tales of the Supernatural. #creepycovers #booktober
