#3books #thatmademewanttotravel
1. I planned an entire trip to Vienna just because of Florian Illies' beautiful 1913. So evocative and beautifully written.
2. We went to Italy last year, and these were among the books I read in preparation!!

Both sides of my family come from Italy, so I'd love to visit one day but haven't been able to yet. I've also read zero of these books, but some look interesting to me. #TBR #UncannyOctober #NFaboutacountryyoudliketovisit

RealLifeReading I love Italy! I got to go once when I was a teenager (on one of those tours of Europe) and was smitten. I hope to return one day! 8y
Natasha.C.Barnes I don't know these books but I love Italy and the Medici! Have you seen the 6 hr PBS mini series on the Medici? It's AMAZING. Like history and a dramatic soap opera all rolled into one. 8y
Brie @Natasha.C.Barnes No, I must check that series out! Thanks for bringing it to my attention 8y
