❤️ When a book sucks me in so deep that I read late into the night...or rather into the wee hours of the morning. I paid, dearly, for that lack of sleep today. And yet, I'm totally going to do it again tonight😃 #latenightreads #lostinbooks
Just finished this one for #WinterGames. It was about murder at a Christmas tree farm, so I guess it counts as a holiday read. 😳 #TeamElectricSex @LibrarianRyan
This book had me from the start, a girl survives a fire where many dead bodies are found, grows up to be a CSI. Here's the thing, her mother may or may not have died in the fire and from the start you assume she did not. So the girl and the FBI agent work on the case anew. It wasn't much of a mystery as you knew whodunnit more of a thriller, but all the same I really don't like when a book has no real resolution, and this one didn't. 3/5⭐️
This is the first book I have read by Gregg Olsen and I throughly enjoyed it. Hannah was the only one to survive a fire 20 years ago. She has tried to move on, but when she receives evidence from the trial, her world starts unwinding.
