Treated myself to this boxset. I've never actually read the Manga before but am a big fan of the anime. I'm looking forward to expanding the world. ♥️

The Nausicaa manga series began publication in 1982 and ended in 1994. In 1984, the movie, which followed the plot of the first few volumes, was released in Japan. #readingchallenge #2017readingchallenge

Pickpick

I've loved the movie for years and finally got the chance to start reading the manga series. While the story is very similar to that of the movie so far, there's enough elements that are altered to make reading it enjoyable and worthwhile. As one would expect from Miyazaki, the artwork is beautifully dynamic. I can't wait to read Volume 2! #2017Book27 #manga
