pickI realized pretty quickly that I had read this before, but decided to reread it because it was so charming. Classic feel-good Nora Roberts romance! Summer is a chef who specializes in desserts. Blake is a hotel magnate who needs a chef to revamp his Philadelphia hotel's kitchens (and is slightly reminiscent of Roarke). Of course sparks fly!
pickIf you want a light, easy read, with romance and food, then you'll like this. It's a typical Nora Roberts romance. I wasn't looking for great literature but a diversion, and I found it. It's only been sitting on my Kindle for a year😊
#currentread This book is about a pastry chef, and reading this now really just a coincidence on the day I'm baking for hospitality hour at church tomorrow. I bake Moravian sugar cake once or twice a year, and it's going to be a killer not to dive into this before we take it to church 😂
