pickI really enjoyed the Percy Jackson series so was excited to pick this up. I was not disappointed with this new adventure. New characters, a new quest, and new villains to battle. Where did Percy go and who are these new hero‘s anyway? Excited to keep going with this series.
Little sister is very determined to finish her book today. She worked out she has 100 pages to go.
Rick leaves way too many cliff hangers! Now I am reading the series.

So after a long time without reading, mostly due to my kids being home for the summer, I am back at it with another one of my kids faves hope this series is as good as the Percy Jackson series.

so-soHuge fan of Percy Jackson and the Olympians- but I keep reading this second series and it never gets any better. There are too many "main" characters and Rock Riordan's writing is not suited to this length of book.
