While I've ridden numerous times on a motorcycle my now husband owned, that is the closest I have ever been to this story. I've never been in extreme danger or had violence around me like the 6 teens in this series. I have, however, been a teen, coming into my own identity surrounded by a fierce loving family, not knowing what the future held. I really enjoyed the multi generational dialog as boundries were pushed and relationships were strained.

Great addition to this series. I loved Chevy and Violets relationship.

Book 13. I had really been looking forward to this, I loved the first two books. Unfortunately this one wasn't quite as good. Maybe it was the already established relationship, I'm a fan of characters meeting, having slight animosity and falling in love (lol) but something was just missing here for me. I'd still recommend it if you are already invested in the series. Hopefully the next one is up to par.

I really liked Violet & Chevy's story but I'm pretty much done with the over the top sexist world of the motorcycle club. Love Violet's feminism and how she challenges all of them. A favorite character from her other series shows up in a fantastic way though!

I waited almost a month so I could read this at the beach. I am so in love with Katie McGarry's characters and #ThunderRoad in particular. So glad to finally read Chevy and Violet's story, and even get glimpses of Breanna and Razor! ☺️❤️ #longwayhome #ChevyxViolet #Aruba #beachread
